How To Draw Steven Universe Backgrounds

If you wanna draw an ocean, make a line and color it with sky bluish or blueish.

Add together diferent colors related to blue in different shapes.

If the bounding main is besides dark make the opacity like 50% or 30%, if you want to depict clouds, draw clouds in Steven Universe style, just like your seeing in the picture correct now.

Add dark color of the clouds and shade it just like the shape of the cloud only in smaller size.

ninth Step

Add together little dots in the sky, the size can exist one-twenty, then put gradient color in the sky merely get in lighter, and add some camber thingys on the sky

10 Step

Tada! It's done!
